Ingredients
- 3/4 cup beans Chopped Long (Phali)
- 2 potatoes Diced
- 2 Tomatoes chopped
- 2 Onion chopped
- 2 teaspoons Coriander powder (heaped)
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan . Saute the onions till golden brown.
- Add the tomotoes, followed by coriander powder, chilli powder and turmeric powder and fry till the tomatoes turns mushy and oil separates.
- Add the potatoes and long beans with salt. Stir well
- Cover and cook on low flame till the vegetables are cooked through.
- Serve with rice or roti.
