Flower Bread with Apple filling
Ever since I saw the picture of this bread on a random post, I was itching to try this. All I had was the step-by step pictures of preparing it. In spite of searching the net I couldn’t get the recipe. So I decided to follow my gut feeling and experiment. I chose the eggless burger bun recipe as I love the taste of it. As for the filling, I decided to make some apple filling. Let me confess..I had a whole lot of butterflies in my stomach. I decided to make very less apple filling lest it went waste in case the bread didn’t come out good. The dough turned out to be way too soft to handle. So my first attempt didn’t quite achieve the desired look. As they say, “you learn from your mistakes” So the second time, I was a bit more careful in handling the dough. Voila !!
