Chicken Kiev Balls

The first time I had Chicken Kiev Ball, was a couple of years back. We had gone to buy from chicken and found this ready-made pack. I loved the concept and had been toying with the idea of making at home ever since. It took me a bit too long to put my plans into action. But then how does it matter ? Better late than never, right ?

Though this was an attempt of my own, I decided to write down what went in, just in case the result was a success.. 🙂 And Boy !! Am I glad I did that ??? Definitely a keeper. Ideal recipe for an appetizer. This recipe yielded approximately 10 balls of 1″ size
