D’s fondness for certain dishes keep fluctuating. There was one time when he used to like Chicken liver. Then came a phase when he wasn’t particularly fond of it. Lately, he has switched back to liking it. This time, when he asked me to prepare, I thought of making something different following some random recipe on the net. Alas!! It was a flop. “Mom, next time, please make it like you always used to make.I love that preparation only” is what he said.
Usually, I end up going a little bit of this, a little bit of that- mode when I prepare. This time around, I decided to note it down so that I prepare the exact same way he likes. The boys loved it, as usual.
This dish can be served as a starter as well as a side dish. You can adjust the pepper powder to suit your liking. Also, make sure not to stir the liver too much as they will break.
