Eggless Tandoori Mayonnaise

 

It was during one of my routine trips to the supermarket that I spotted Tandoori
Mayo. Naturally I was intrigued and bought the same. After tasting, I decided to
try making it at home. It didn’t taste exactly as the store bought one, but I am
pleased with the result.
If you wish, you may use ready made Tandoori Masala.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 - 3 teaspoons Chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic cloves powder
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger powder
  • 1 - 1/2 tablespoons Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the spices together. Keep aside.
  • Take milk in a blender.
  • Add oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and the spice powder and blend till the mixture thickens.
  • If you feel the mixture is too thick, you may add a little milk and blend again.
  • Check and adjust the seasoning to suit your liking.
