Eggless Tandoori Mayonnaise

It was during one of my routine trips to the supermarket that I spotted Tandoori
Mayo. Naturally I was intrigued and bought the same. After tasting, I decided to
try making it at home. It didn’t taste exactly as the store bought one, but I am
pleased with the result.
If you wish, you may use ready made Tandoori Masala.

Eggless Tandoori Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 - 3 teaspoons Chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons Garlic cloves powder
- 2 teaspoons Ginger powder
- 1 - 1/2 tablespoons Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
- Mix all the spices together. Keep aside.
- Take milk in a blender.
- Add oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and the spice powder and blend till the mixture thickens.
- If you feel the mixture is too thick, you may add a little milk and blend again.
- Check and adjust the seasoning to suit your liking.
