Eggless Tandoori Mayonnaise

It was during one of my routine trips to the supermarket that I spotted Tandoori
Mayo. Naturally I was intrigued and bought the same. After tasting, I decided to
try making it at home. It didn’t taste exactly as the store bought one, but I am
pleased with the result.
If you wish, you may use ready made Tandoori Masala.

  1. Mix all the spices together. Keep aside.
  2. Take milk in a blender.
  3. Add oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and the spice powder and blend till the mixture thickens.
  4. If you feel the mixture is too thick, you may add a little milk and blend again.
  5. Check and adjust the seasoning to suit your liking.
