The next moment, we all would be out of our rooms, ready to head to ‘Hao Hao’, our favourite hangout for Chinese cuisine. I used to love their Fried Chicken Liver Chilli. This dish was so tasty that some of my friends who were not very fond of Chicken liver, ultimately ended up being the first ones to dig into this dish, when served.

The other day, I felt the urge to recreate this dish. Asit has been so many years, it was pretty challengingto recreate a taste just from my memory. However, I must say that I was pretty much pleased with the result. The boys just loved it. This dish can be served as a side dish or as a starter.
