Homemade Curd/Yoghurt


  • as required milk Lukewarm
  • 1 teaspoon Curd - or more


  • Take a glass or steel container and drop a spoonful of curd.
  • Spread it all over the container.
  • Pour the lukewarm milk into the container.
  • Cover and keep in a warm place for setting. It takes about 5 hours to 8 hours for the curd to set, depending on the temperature.
  • Your thick curd is ready.
