Homemade Curd/Yoghurt
Ingredients
- as required milk Lukewarm
- 1 teaspoon Curd - or more
Instructions
- Take a glass or steel container and drop a spoonful of curd.
- Spread it all over the container.
- Pour the lukewarm milk into the container.
- Cover and keep in a warm place for setting. It takes about 5 hours to 8 hours for the curd to set, depending on the temperature.
- Your thick curd is ready.
