Jack Fruit Ice Cream

During our recent visit to a friend’s place, who stays nearby, we were given a whole Jack fruit. While returning home, all I could think of, were ways to use up this fruit. With the summer slowly setting in, the first thought that crossed me was Ice Cream. Though my boys love jack fruit, I was not sure how the idea of an Ice Cream would work. I still went ahead and made the Ice Cream. The smooth, creamy Ice Cream with a subtle jackfruit flavour floored them.

You may add the condensed milk according to the sweetness you require.
