Cook the potatoes well.
Mash the potatoes.
Heat a pan.
Tip in the cream and butter and cook on low heat till butter is melted.
Add the mashed potatoes and blend well.
Make sure that the potato is mashed smoothly. No lumps should be there.
Add salt and pepper powder and mix well.
If you want a more liquidy texture, you may add more cream or milk.
The mixture will be a bit mushy.
Continue cooking on low heat, stirring, till you get a smooth mixture that doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
Switch off heat.
Serve warm.
