Ingredients
  

  • 200 gms Cottage cheese (Paneer)
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Tomato Chopped
  • 1 Green chilli Finely chopped
  • 2 - 3 chopped garlic Finely
  • 1/2 chopped ginger " Finely
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fennel powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Crumble the paneer and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Tip in the cumin seeds.
  • Once they start to crackle, add the chopped onion.
  • Saute till lightly brown in colour.
  • Add the chopped chilli, garlic and ginger and saute for a minute.
  • Tip in the coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, fennel powder and cumin powder.
  • Saute for a minute.
  • Add the chopped tomato and cook till it becomes soft.
  • Add the crumbled paneer and salt and mix well.
  • Cook for a minute.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
