Instructions
  1. Heat the ghee in a pan.
  2. Toast the cashewnuts, almonds and pistachios till golden brown.
  3. Drain and keep aside.
  4. In the remaining ghee toast the vermicelli till it changes colour to golden brown.
  5. Add the milk into it cook till the vermicelli is done.
  6. Add the milkmaid and mix well.
  7. When it starts to boil, add the crushed cardamom and give a stir.
  8. If using salt, add it at the end and give a stir.
  9. Switch off heat
  10. Garnish with the toasted nuts.
  11. Serve it warm or cold.

    You can make it without condensed milk. You will have to increase the quantity of milk and add sugar as well.
