Here's the recipe of a Spicy Chicken Curry which goes very well with Appam, Rice as well as Roti Spicy Chicken Curry

Instructions
  1. Heat a pan and roast all the ingredients meant for roasting.
  2. Cool, powder and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add the curry leaves.
  5. After a few seconds, add the chopped onions and saute till they turn brown in colour.
  6. Add the chopped tomatoes and saute till fat leaves masala.
  7. Now add the powdered spices and mix well.
  8. Add the chicken and give a good stir.
  9. Cover and cook till the chicken is done.
  10. If you want gravy, you can add some hot water and let boil for a couple of minutes till the gravy is thickened.
  11. Switch off heat. Serve with Appam, Rice or Rotis.
