Ingredients
- 500 gms Mutton
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons Coriander powder
To be ground to a paste
- 1 cup Shallots
- 1 - 1/2 inchs Ginger piece
- 7 cloves Garlic - 8
- 2 Green chillies
- 2 tablespoons Peppercorns
- 1/4 cup Mint leaves chopped
Instructions
- Grind the shallots along with ginger, garlic, green chillies, peppercorns and mint leaves to a fine paste.
- Apply this paste along with rest of the ingredients on the mutton.Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Cover and cook on low heat till the mutton is cooked through.
- Heat oil in a pan.When the oil is hot, tip in the mutton along with gravy, if any, into the pan.
- Fry till the mutton turns a shade darker.Serve hot with rice or roti.
