Stir Fried Pepper Prawns

Here's an easy Prawn recipe for those looking to make a quick and tasty dish. 🙂 Stir Fried Pepper Prawns

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gms Prawns
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons Lime juice

To be Ground

  • 10 - 12 Shallots sliced
  • 10 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Peppercorns
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 2 sprigs Curry leaves
  • to taste Salt

Instructions
 

  • Grind all the ingredients to be ground, to a fine paste.
  • Marinate the prawns with the ground paste and keep aside for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan. When it becomes really hot, tip in the prawns and stir on high heat till they curl up.
  • Lower to medium heat and fry till the all the moisture is absorbed. Squeeze the lime juice and mix well.
  • Cook for a minute and serve hot. Can be served as a starter or a side dish for Rice.
