Instructions
  1. Slice the lady's finger vertically into 4.
  2. The length of each piece shouldn't be more than 2 ".
  3. Grind the coconut, shallot, garlic and cumin seeds coarsely. Keep aside
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Add the curry leaves and green chilli followed by turmeric powder. Stir for a few seconds.
  6. Tip in the sliced lady's finger and saute on high heat for a minute.
  7. Lower the heat.
  8. Cover and cook till the lady's finger is cooked.
  9. Add the ground mixture and salt and mix well.
  10. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  11. Switch off heat and serve hot.
