Chocolate Ganache Filling

Here's the recipe of the Chocolate Ganache filling for Chocolate Tarts. This recipe yields filling for approximately 10 tartlets. You can find the recipe of tart shells here. Chocolate Ganache Filling


  • 170 gms chocolate Dark compound
  • 200 gms Fresh cream (I used Amul fresh cream)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence


  • Chop the chocolate into small chunks and keep aside.
  • Put the butter and cream in a pan and bring to a boil. Switch off heat.
  • Add the chocolate chunks and stir till the chocolate melts.
  • Add the essence. Pour into the tart shells and allow to set in a refrigerator.
