Add all ingredients to a bowl
Mix well to form a smooth, lump-free batter
Transfer the batter into a piping bag. Secure the end to stop the batter from flowing out.
Heat pan on medium heat
Smear oil on the pan
Wipe off excess oil
Pipe the batter onto the pan. Move your hand fast so that the batter forms thin lines
Let cook for a few seconds
Once the strands lift off the pan by itself, remove from the pan.
Repeat till the batter is used up.
Store in a zip-lock bag and freeze. Use when needed
