Preheat the oven at 200C.
Beat eggs in large bowl with until fluffy.
Beat in flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
Make sure it's a smooth batter with no lumps.
Grease the waffle moulds.
Pour the batter into the moulds.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or till the edges turn brown.
If you wish to crisp it more, toast it in some butter in a pan.
Serve hot with accompaniments of your choice.
