Eggless White Chocolate Mango Mousse

A light and fluffy mousse made with White Chocolate and Mango. An ideal summer dessert !!

  • 330 gms Ripe Mangoes chopped
  • 240 ml Fresh cream
  • 240 ml Whipping cream
  • 150 gms Chopped white chocolate
  • 2-4 tablespoons Powdered sugar (or less)


  • Chill the beaters/whip and bowl and whipping cream.
  • Puree the mangoes in a blender and keep aside.
  • Take the fresh cream in a pan and bring to a boil.
  • Switch off heat.
  • Add the chopped chocolate into the fresh cream and mix till the chocolate is melted and well incorporated.
  • Take the chilled bowl. Pour the whipping cream into it.
  • Beat the cream till soft peaks are formed.
  • Add the powdered sugar.
  • Beat till you get stiff peaks. Check and adjust the sweetness to your liking.
  • Add the mango puree into the chocolate mixture and mix well.
  • Slowly fold in the whipped cream into the mango-chocolate mixture till well blended.
  • Transfer to individual serving cups.
  • Place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  • Garnish with white chocolate shavings, chopped mangoes etc and serve chilled.
