Coconut Chutney

The recipe I'm sharing is one of the easiest Coconut Chutneys that I make, that too with very few ingredients.

  • 1 cup Grated fresh coconut
  • 3-4 shallots
  • 1-2 Chopped green chillies
  • to taste Salt
  • Thin slice Ginger


  • Put all the ingredients into a grinder. Add water according to the consistency you require.
  • Grind to a smooth, fine paste.
  • Serve immediately.
