Mix the mutton with turmeric powder, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder and salt.
Cook on low heat till the mutton is soft and cooked through. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the curry leaves.
Tip in the chopped onion.
When it turns lightly brown, add the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
Saute for a minute.
Add the coriander powder, chilli powder, fennel powder and turmeric powder.
Saute for a minute.
Tip in the chopped tomato.
Add a little bit water to avoid burning of the masala.
When the oil starts to separate, add the cooked mutton.
Mix well and continue cooking till the mutton is well coated with the masala.
Switch off heat.
Serve hot with Rice or any Indian bread of your choice.
