Take the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and chilli powder in a bowl. Mix well.
Apply this all over the chicken pieces, making sure each piece is well coated.
Refrigerate for 2 hours(or more).Heat oil in a pan.
When the oil is hot, carefully drop a few wings and fry till brown on all sides.
Drain onto an absorbent paper.
Heat another pan.
Tip in the butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, chilli powder, pepper powder and honey into the pan.
Heat the mixture till the butter melts.
Adjust the seasoning and switch off heat.
Take the chicken wings in a bowl.
Pour the sauce over the chicken wings and toss the bowl so that the wings are evenly coated with the sauce.
