  • 8 Chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic cloves powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli (or more) powder

For the Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic cloves powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper powder powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (Optional)


  • Take the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and chilli powder in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Apply this all over the chicken pieces, making sure each piece is well coated.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours(or more).Heat oil in a pan.
  • When the oil is hot, carefully drop a few wings and fry till brown on all sides.
  • Drain onto an absorbent paper.
  • Heat another pan.
  • Tip in the butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, chilli powder, pepper powder and honey into the pan.
  • Heat the mixture till the butter melts.
  • Adjust the seasoning and switch off heat.
  • Take the chicken wings in a bowl.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken wings and toss the bowl so that the wings are evenly coated with the sauce.
  • Serve immediately.
