Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges.
Apply salt and pepper and keep aside for a while.
Marinate the meat with turmeric powder and salt. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Shallow fry the potato wedges till golden brown on all sides.
Drain and keep aside.
In the remaining oil, add the sliced onion.
Saute till brown in colour.
Add the meat and fry till water evaporates.
Add tomato, chilli powder, green chillies, coriander powder, cumin powder and ginger- garlic paste.
Fry till meat gets brown in colour.
Cover and cook till the meat is cooked through.
Add pepper powder.
Add the onion and stir well.
Cook for a couple of minutes.
There should be some liquid remaining in the pan.
Add the capsicum and cook further.
After 5 minutes, add the fried potato wedges and mix well carefully.
Switch off heat.
Add the coriander leaves.
