Make incisions on either sides of the fish.
Apply Recheado Masala generously on the fish.
Make sure to apply the masala in the incisions as well.
If using sooner, marinating at least for an hour.
Or else, marinate and leave it overnight in the refrigerator.
Heat oil in a pan.
When the oil is oil, place the fish.
Fry till it is cooked and turns dark brown in colour.
Flip the fish and fry till cooked through.
