Stir fried Minced meat with Vegetables

Stir fried Minced meat with vegetables, is something that can be whipped up in a jiffy. It goes well with Rice or any bread. You may use any vegetables of your choice. Make sure you add them according to the cooking time.

  • 250 gms Keema
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 Carrot Diced
  • 1 Potato Diced
  • 1 Capsicum Diced
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coriander powder powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper powder powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Coriander leaves Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Mint leaves Chopped


  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Tip in the chopped onion and saute till light brown in colour.
  • Add the ginger- garlic pastes and saute till there is no raw smell.
  • Add the chilli powder, pepper powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
  • Fry for a minute.
  • Add the diced potatoes, carrots and corn and mix well.
  • Cover and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, till it is 3/4 th cooked.
  • Add the capsicum and cook for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the minced meat and salt and mix well.
  • Cover and cook till the meat is cooked.
  • Add the soy sauce and tomato sauce and mix well.
  • Cook till the liquid evaporates.
  • Add the chopped coriander and mint leaves and mix well.
  • Switch off heat.
  • Serve hot with Rice or Roti.
