Servings 1 serving

  • 3 - 4 Custard apples
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Whipping cream - (I used frozen )
  • Sugar as per taste

  • Using a spoon, scoop out the flesh of the custard apples along with seeds.
  • Put them in a blender.
  • Add half the milk into it and pulse for 2-3 seconds.
  • You will see that the seeds have separated from the pulp.
  • Strain the mixture through a strainer into a bowl.
  • You may have to use a spoon to help the pulp strain through.
  • Transfer the contents of the bowl back into the blender.
  • Add the remaining milk, whipping cream and sugar to taste.
  • Blitz till you get a thick and creamy shake.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with some chopped roasted dry fruits.
  • Serve chilled
  • This recipe yields approximately one serving (in a long glass).

Note: You can use a few ice cubes while blending the ingredients. I used frozen whipping cream and hence didn't use ice cubes
