Making peanut butter at home is the best option as it is easy to make and one doesn’t have to worry about any preservatives or additives in it. If feeling lazy, you needn’t bother skinning the peanuts. The colour and texture will be slightly different though. If you are not keen on adding oil, it’s perfectly fine as peanut itself will release oil after a while. The peanut butter I made had a mild sweetness. For a sweeter peanut butter, add more honey.  (more…)
